XPC Series for drying/curing applications including underfill, glob top dam & fill, die attach, SMA, potting … XPC Series offers a complete range of forced convection ovens with 6 to 17 heating zones, top only or top and bottom heating and optional cooling. Designed to suit any drying process or temperature profile under air or nitrogen, XPC Series offers a modular design for easy temperature adjustment. From 3 to 9,2 m total length, up to 600 mm width, equipped with belt or pin chain conveyor.
These products can be offered as single units or as complete solutions for Dispensing lines, including EXELSIUS board handling equipment and software.
