Processing of personal data and right of access, modification and deletion
The personal data collected on the site result from the voluntary communication of an e-mail address when filing an e-mail message. The e-mail addresses thus collected are only used to transmit the requested information.
EXELSIUS keeps confidential e-mail addresses for a period of 5 years.
The e-mail addresses collected will not be sold to third parties or processed by EXELSIUS.
The purpose of the traffic data is only to analyze the frequency of use of the information pages in order to improve their content. Visitor navigation data are not used by name. These are aggregated statistics allowing to know the most and least popular pages, the preferred paths, the activity levels by day of the week and hour of the day, the main customer or server errors …
The secrecy of correspondence transmitted over the Internet is not guaranteed. Each user is, therefore, solely responsible for the content of his correspondence.
In accordance with Article 34 of French law 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information, files and freedoms, you have the right to access and rectify your personal data.
The French CNIL deleted in 2006 the specific declaration of websites. The purely institutional, non-commercial showcases are exempt from declaration, provided that they comply with the exemption n ° 7.

Links to the site
EXELSIUS authorizes the establishment of a hypertext link to its website for all websites, excluding those disseminating information of a controversial, pornographic, xenophobic nature or that may, to a greater extent, undermine the sensitivity of the greatest number.
